1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of significant delays via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (domestic orders).

• Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping carrier.

• We do not guarantee delivery dates, as they are subject to carrier delays and other factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs).

3. Domestic & International Shipping

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

• MADDSOCIETY ® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other factors outside our control.

• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Shipping Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

• If the address provided is incorrect, we are not responsible for lost packages or delays.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at maddsociety2021@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

• We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy (#).
